The Kingdom of Goldenvale is a Kingdom level chapter of Amtgard. Amtgard was founded in 1983. Amtgard is a combination of Live Action Role Play and Medieval Combat Sport within a Fantasy setting. Amtgard focuses largely on a Medieval-based combat system but also encompasses the arts and sciences of the time, in a friendly, social atmosphere.Amtgard uses safe, foam-padded replicas of Medieval weaponry.
