Well im out of ideas on where to find fiberglass cores, does anyone have a place to puchase them. Im willing to buy over the net but i'd rather get them faster, ie driving to said location and purchasing what i want.

if somebody has spare cores and are willing to sell them, im looking for cores at least 4 ft long. one or more.

Check out a hobby shop that has kite or model airplane supplies.

We have been some of the solid fiberglass from McMaster Carr. Ramsey knows where they are at (close to his work; we might be able to pick some up for you after work and bring them to practice).

I also suggest online suppliers like Intothewind.com, and other suppliers of high strength, low weight kite spar.
