Realms Of Conflict will be holding their game this weekend.

We'd like to leave no later than 1pm on Friday, but we need to know if people can do that so let us know.

We get back Sunday evening.

Chip in for gas if you can.

We make stops for short rests and snacks.

It's free to NPC (normally $10) and only $40 to PC (normally $65) if you ride up with us.

If you need a ride, please post on this board or contact us! :D

There are showers and toilets. There are cabins and perma-tents which are first come, first serve. We will bring a couple of large tents for extra space for folks.

Contact us with questions as to what to bring. It will be hot so be prepared! Lots of action!

Packing List:
(we have weapons and costumes to loan you if you need one)
A sleeping bag and a blanket.
A small pillow.
Extra socks.
Flashlight.
Good boots or shoes (that can get dirty and have some tread - even a bit of water-proofing is good)
AVOID OPEN-SHOES (i.e., sandals, flip flops)
Dark clothing (shirts and pants) and sweatshirts to wear under garb.
Sunscreen
Bug spray (mosquitoes and ticks abound!)
A towel and basic hygiene stuff; deoderant, tooth brush / toothpaste, soap, shampoo etc.

Everyone who is riding in the vanpool/caravan (the two 15-passenger vans), please make sure to pack minimally to maximize room. We have an additional trailer to haul stuff, but we'd rather not have to bring it as it slows us down. Make sure to pack warm socks, sturdy shoes/boots, warm underclothes, and a flashlight. Also bring a small towel if you plan to use the showers there.

hey is someone going o bring a camera, it might be a good idea to give a glimpse into what the group can do for a larp group, and photos are just fun, good idea/bad idea?

Hmmm. I may have to leave later. But depending, both vans may have to go up at once, and I'll have to drag behind in a different vehicle. We'll talk!

The number of confirmed NPCs is getting quite large. Are ride situations going to be a problem?

    •  I didn't have a good time this trip which was unusual. I think the poor sleepign accomidations and cold did not help. Was not happy with being ousted from a bed through 'oh I reseverved one before I got here'. Was willing to share one but others were not. The floor is not a good play to sleep. Overall people seemed to have an excellent time. It was probably more my issue than anything.
    •  R.O.C....is always amazing there is so much thought and precision put into all the mods that they turn out very entertaining. The decorations and detail of plot is specific to character outcomes and it really is amazing what goes on all around you. I sincerely enjoy the people- in and out of character- they are nice, funny, and humorous people we always laugh together. The level of skill from the players vs. the npc's is also equally awesome, we are all friends and don't want to hurt anybody; but at the same time all the hits are solid and that's what makes the game- well the game!
