About LARP Alliance Meetup Group - SoCal

The LARP Alliance exists to promote both Theatre Style and Live Combat LARPs in Southern California. And perhaps after a time, extend out of this area and to others. We are working on a Website that will have tons of information on the different LARP groups in this area, as well as a Calendar of Events for those that wish to attend the events.

We believe that to promote and strengthen the hobby as a whole, that LARPers need to work together, cross-promote games, and share PR efforts.

We have a working Guild concept in one LARP up North, Adventures Unlimited, that we make road trips regularly to. We are hoping to get other groups in the area to have similar concepts and thus promote LARPers participating on more than one LARP.
